Allie Ladwig is currently a senior at Milwaukee School of Engineering in pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science with a minor in Finance. This is her fourth year with IYTC and is excited to be beginning her new role as the first junior advisor. In this role, she will serve as a mentor to all of the board of directors and offer insight while allowing newer and younger minds to run the organization. Prior to junior advisor, she led as the Financial Officer for several years and first ever Internship Director. At MSOE, Allie is Captain of the Dance Team as well as working several jobs she loves. Coming into her tenth year in tobacco control, this cause motivates her to use her strengths to help IYTC because of her mother's battle with stage-four lung cancer due to childhood secondhand smoke. She met CEO, Lisa Lu, in Minnesota at the National Conference on Tobacco or Health after speaking as the American Lung Association's keynote speaker at their Oxygen Ball Gala in 2018.
